AUTOTRADER/SUZUKI/JGRMX ST. LOUIS RACE REPORT

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (April 2, 2017) – The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Mo. held round 13 of the 2017 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship.  The event was attended by 53,049 fans and Fox Sports One aired the live broadcast. 

Justin Barcia transferred to the Main Event through Semi One, Jake Weimer went through Semi Two.  Both Barcia and Weimer had challenging starts in the main, which translated to a 15th place finish for Barcia and a 17th for Weimer. 

In the 250 SX East Class Kyle Cunningham transferred to the Main Event from the Heat Race.  In the Main Event he started the race in 15th position.  He advanced into the top-10 during the final laps of the race to finish ninth.           

The series heads west to Century Link Field in Seattle, Wash. On April 8.  Fox Sports One will broadcast the race live starting at 10:00 p.m. (EST).  As reported earlier, Cade Autenrieth will make his professional debut substituting for Phillip Nicoletti during the last three rounds of the 250SX West Series aboard an Autotrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki RMZ-250.
